One unenthusiastic video under sea [13/??? artefacts collected]
[ Philip's face is looking perfectly normal (if a little crabby in the strictly mood-related sense of the word). Shoulders, arms, no problem there. His chest, not currently covered by any sort of clothing, is looking just a tad more blueish and... transparent than it should.
Opacity only decreases from there, making Phil entirely light blue and see-through below his stomach. Below the waist it looks like he's been torn and tattered, his body segueing into a thick bundle of thin tentacles where his legs should be.
Or in other words: Philip, now with roughly 65% more this. ]
How is that even--
[ The blue tentacles whirl around as Philip turns and spins nervously in front of his algae-encrusted mirror, placing his hands behind his back to confirm that there is indeed nothing whatsoever between the front and the back of his body.
He spins a few more times before letting himself drift onto his mattress with resignation. ]
...I want my organs back.

You've got a point there.
...Have you been outside yet?
[ He turns his head towards the window. ]

[Preening.]

[ He pushes himself off the bed and opens the window. The thought that there's air up there somewhere is amazingly reassuring.
Communicator in hand he swims upwards, even before finishing his next announcement. ]
I think I might have to join you.

...It feels a lot more like getting a lungful of water, actually. Too sharp, burning and coarse, like something he really doesn't need right now, apparently.
Philip flinches and sinks back into the water. ]
{How about we try that again, only with a little less enthusiasm? }
[ ...
Unfortunately that might actually be a good idea. After a moment of drifting just beneath the surface Philip emerges again, slowly and without the enthusiastic attempt at using lungs he currently doesn't have.
He blinks a few times and looks around, hoping to spot Poland somewhere. ]

Hey!
[ He waves before swimming over and is (admittedly) relieved to find that he can apparently still talk on the surface. ]
...Can you breathe up here?
[ Because Philip is doing the equivalent of singing underwater for a joke right now. His breath is still held after the first mishap. ]
no subject
[...Oh, right, talking to Philip.]
Huh? Oh, tch'yeah, but like, it's easier underwater. I think my lungs are like, still around? Just being kinda weird.
no subject
My lungs are...
[ He draws himself up, taking a worried look down at his see-through torso. There's more opacity to his chest still, but from the right angle its not too difficult to make assumption about what is (or rather isn't) still there. ]
...somewhere that is not here in my body, apparently.

His beautiful and glowy blue self-image is ruined. ]
I can't- can't help it. The event made me hollow.

GDI taking forever with tags SORRY! ;___;
[ He loosens his arms tentatively and pokes at his stomach with two fingers. ]
It doesn't- doesn't feel like much of anything, really.
...What about you? I don't think I've met anyone who likes this event very much.
Oh, it happens, dear. <3
Besides, it's kinda neat! Swimming this high up is kinda like flying, and I look way cute.

I think something like that happened to me too last-- during the fair, right?
[ And the tentacles are a breeze. Heck, he likes swimming, so--
Wait, let's not leave the subject at 'creepy fairs' there. ]
...But anyway, you're right. It's... really interesting, actually.

...At least they were just hallucinations.
{Just hallucinations? Honestly, I'm feelin' really underappreciated here when you say that sorta thing. }

He can't come back here.

[...STUPID KNEE-JERK REACTION! ]
...No. Sorry. It's really none of my business.
no subject
...Five deaths, you like, can't come back.
[And between him and a few other very strong people, they made damn sure he hit five.]
no subject
...I have to say I think I'm glad I missed him.
